Attached and below are the responses to you Open Public Records Request filed with the City below:

1) All abandoned/vacant residential properties (Property Class 2) - NO RECORD
2) All condemned properties - NO RECORD
3) All residential properties with delinquent taxes - ATTACHED - No delinquencies older than one year. Only current delinquencies for 2020, as we already held the tax sale for any open 2019 delinquencies.
4) All residential properties for which a Lis Pendens notice has been filed or that are currently in probate - NO RECORD
5) All properties that are absentee-owned - NO RECORD
6) All properties with delinquent water and sewer which date back up to 1 year, including amounts owed - ATTACHED - No delinquencies older than one year. Only current delinquencies for 2020, as we already held the tax sale for any open 2019 delinquencies.
7) All properties currently listed with water shut-off notice - NO RECORD
8) All properties with code violations, including the type of violation - Need time frame of records sought.
9) All properties with notices of abatement - NO RECORD
