2) Nothing from our Zoning Department

3) Engineering does not have any records for the property in question.

For the requested Flood Hazard Information, the requestor can view property details at the weblink below:

The requestor will need to contact the NJDEP or Environmental Engineer to determine the presence or absence of wetlands or other environmental constraints.

I have also reviewed our files for easements with the Borough and found none.
