Dear Rumson Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: I am requesting town records of the home at 181 Rumson Road, Rumson, New Jersey 07760. Records of this property ever being heated by oil. If yes records of any above or underground oil tanks being decommissioned or removed from this property. Open and/or closed permits taken from this property for electrical, plumbing, furnace, water heater, roof, siding, fence, HVAC, driveway, any structural and/or construction done on this property. Records of the property ever the site of hazardous materials. Records of any easements, encroachments or other agreements on file with the town. Is this property in a flood zone or wetland protected area? Copy of survey if available.

2) Nothing from our Zoning Department

3) Engineering does not have any records for the property in question.

I have also reviewed our files for easements with the Borough and found none.
