All information/certificates regarding oil tank removal, install, decommissioned/abandoned oil tanks;
All septic permits from 1900 to present—kindly provide septic plans, septic inspections, septic design, sewage complaints, and pumping permits from 1900 to present.

I have rec'd your request. You will need to go to the warren county health department for any records on septic. They can be reached at 908-475-7960 / Fax: 908-475-7964 or the website is www.co.warren.nj.us/healthdept

I will have all other records, if any, to you prior to the 9th of November.
