I have been advised by the Sheriff's Office that the Somerset County Sheriff's Office does not maintain records regarding property tax sales. That is kept within the individual Somerset County municipalities. Regarding records of foreclosure surplus funds that request needs to be routed to the State of New Jersey. Address is provided below.
