Opera Request Liden
Dear Linden City,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) All abandoned/vacant residential properties (Property Class 2)
2) All residential properties with Evictions and Divorce pending
3) All residential properties for which a Lis Pendens notice has been filed or that are currently in probate
4)All properties that are absentee-owned
5)All properties with delinquent water and sewer which date back up to 1 year, including amounts owed
6)All properties currently listed with water shut-off notice
7)All properties with code violations, including the type of violation
8) All lis of all Fire damaged properties within the last year
If Not Available Please Send Whatever is available on the list.
Preferably in excel format if not PDF is fine.

These OPRA requests were not received by this office. The best way for you
to submit a request is by not using a third party, but by submitting it
directly to this office. If you visit the City's website Linden-nj.gov,
and follow the directions there, it would be a smoother process. Linden
has no affiliation with the company that you used. That being said, we
will endeavor to get you responses, as promptly as possible
