The Borough of Emerson and I, as the Custodian of Records, received your Open Public Records Request (OPRA), attached, on November 14, 2024. As your OPRA request is for commercial purposes as defined in N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 , in accordance with N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(i), the deadline to respond is December 6, 2014 (14 business days after receipt of said request). However, this response is being provided to you on the 7th business day after receipt of said request.
