I am requesting records under the Open Records Act regarding the arrest of Ryan Dubiel, a Woodlynne, NJ police officer charged with two counts of simple assault for allegedly deploying pepper spray without provocation.
Request:
Dashcam and Body-Worn Camera (BWC) Footage
From the first two officers on scene and any additional footage related to the suspect’s arrest.
If BWCs were not in use, please confirm.
Police Report or Probable Cause Statement
Personally Identifiable Information (PII) may be redacted, but the full narrative is requested.
Exclusions:
Footage containing PII, minors, nudity, or graphic content (please redact as necessary).
Preferred Delivery:
Digital format via email or a secure file-sharing platform (Evidence.com, iCrimeFighter, Box.com, etc.).
Please confirm receipt of this request and let me know if any clarification is needed. I appreciate your prompt response.
