.xlsx or .csv format. Departments utilizing Records Management Systems
from providers such as Axon, Tyler Technologies, or Motorola should have
the capability to generate this type of export directly.

Fields Requested:
Arrestee's full name
Date and time of arrest
Incident or case identification number
All associated charges with descriptions (e.g., Battery, Resisting
Arrest)
Arrest location (street address or block number)

If any records responsive to this request are withheld, I ask that your
office specify the statutory exemption upon which the denial is based
and provide guidance on the formal appeals process, as required under
applicable law.

Should you need any additional information or wish to discuss the scope
of this request, please do not hesitate to contact me at your
convenience.
