Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., I am writing to submit a non-commercial request for access to your department's Arrest and Booking Log data.

Scope of Request:
All arrest and booking entries recorded between June 1, 2026 and June 30, 2026.

Preferred Format:
I am requesting the records be provided as a digital spreadsheet in .xlsx or .csv format. Departments utilizing Records Management Systems from providers such as Axon, Tyler Technologies, or Motorola should have the capability to generate this type of export directly.

Fields Requested:
Arrestee's full name
Date and time of arrest
Incident or case identification number
All associated charges with descriptions (e.g., Battery, Resisting Arrest)
Arrest location (street address or block number)

If any records responsive to this request are withheld, I ask that your office specify the statutory exemption upon which the denial is based and provide guidance on the formal appeals process, as required under applicable law.
