Hello,
I am submitting a request for access to the following records under New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA):
Incident Report & 911 calls
BWC All videos (especially reporting & arresting officer)
CCTV footage (if available)
This request is on behalf of my educational YouTube channel where we educate viewers on real-life cases. We need all available videos to effectively inform and educate our audience. The BWC footage will be used only for educational reporting on our monetized YouTube channel and will NOT be sold or traded.
Date of Incident: March 30, 2026
Name of Arrestee: Iqrar Ahmad
Charges: Leaving the scene of a deadly crash
Additional incident details: An 18-year-old man, Iqrar Ahmad, was arrested after allegedly striking and killing a bicyclist in a hit-and-run incident. After initially fleeing the scene, he returned two hours later and was charged with leaving the scene of a fatal crash.
