This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Under the Public Records Act, I formally request a current list of all residential properties in your city that have been condemned due to unsafe conditions.
Please provide requested records in Excel format if available.
If up-to-date data is not available, please provide the most recently available information.
Please include a Record Index with your response.
*A record index that identifies each record requested and the specific legal basis for a denial of access (including redactions) to each record.

Good Afternoon Jack,
As you aware, you certainly can put a request in without filling out the form we have. However, putting an opra number in the subject line is confusing the other departments when I send out your request. We have our own log with our numbers. Going forward, please don’t put an opra number in as I will handle that on my end.
