This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Under the Public Records Act, I formally request a current list of all residential properties in your city that are currently vacant or abandoned. If the property used to be vacant and no longer is, please do not include
Please provide requested records in Excel format if available.
If up-to-date data is not available, please provide the most recently available information.
Please include a Record Index with your response.
*A record index that identifies each record requested and the specific legal basis for a denial of access (including redactions) to each record.

I am writing to request an internal review of Union City's handling of my OPRA request 'Open Records Request 0343' sent on May 09, 2021.
Records requested:
Under the Public Records Act, I formally request a current list of all residential properties in your city that are currently vacant or abandoned. If the property used to be vacant and no longer is, please do not include.
Please provide requested records in Excel format if available.
If up-to-date data is not available, please provide the most recently available information.

How may I assist? My office receives the request and sends it to the respective department. If my memory serves me correct, most of your requests deal with the Building Department.

Thanks for your response, That is correct my most of my requests are related to the building Dept.
However I requested each of my requests separately and I expect each response should be handled separately and accordingly.
As for this particular request, I have not received any response at all and I have sent a follow-up on Jun 8th and haven't received a response to that as well.
