Under the Public Records Act, I am formally requesting to receive a list of all residential properties that have had Code Enforcement violations issued to the property between the dates of 1/1/2020 and 05/05/2021. Please provide the type of violation.
Please provide requested records in Excel format if available.
If up-to-date data is not available, please provide the most recently available information.
Please include a Record Index with your response.
*A record index that identifies each record requested and the specific legal basis for a denial of access (including redactions) to each record.

Good Morning,
The Township of South Orange Village does not keep a list of all residential
properties that have been issues between January 1-May 05, 2021. If you are
looking for a specific property the record can be pulled.
