As per your OPRA Request dated today, the Township does not maintain any documents responsive to this request, and therefore, none is being provided. OPRA defines a “government record” as any paper or other tangible material that has been made, maintained or kept on file in the course of the public entity’s official business. N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1-1.
