We would like to know if there are any open permits, code violations, tax liens or balances, water and sewer balances. We are now responsible for anything owed on the property, and our address is 142 E. Bay Ave. Manahawkin, NJ 08050.
This property is now owned by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. They can be reached at 451 7th Street SW, Washington, DC 20410.

Please be advised that Block 54 lot 14 North Maple Avenue is not located in the Borough of Tuckerton. I know this confusing, but North Maple Avenue is actually Bass River Township, Burlington County, but in order for that address to receive mail to the home they have to use Tuckerton and its zip code. I cannot complete this OPRA request but that specific address is not in my town. I would suggest you send the OPRA request to Amanda Somes, RMC at Bass River Township, 08224. If you have any other questions, please let me know
