To Whom it may concern,

                In response to your OPRA request for above addresses. 
After reviewing there wasn’t any block or lot # for 174 Crosby Avenue,
Totowa. In your request it states that the tax records show it as 761
Riverview Drive, Totowa which is at the other end of town. But, for that
address I have an open failed permit for a tank abandonment of a 1000
gallon tank. We haven’t received any NFA letter from the State or any
letter from the property owner saying the soil was remediated properly.
 Attached is the permit. Hope this helps.

Hi Geff,
I found a failed tank removal from 2020. The address for 174 Crosby Ave has an AKA 64 Anderson Ave and that is where I found these documents. Again I don’t have any NFA letter from the State or property owners stating that this has been remediated. Hope this helps.
