Mr. Link,
Please see attached documents, pursuant to your request. However any work
completed without permits, the homeowner will need to secure permits for
said work prior to resale of home. Absence of a permit for an oil tank
does not mean there were never tanks onsite. Interested parties should do
their due diligence.
Also note that redaction(s) have been made pursuant to NJSA 47:1A – 1.1
Exemption #16) “personal identifying information”
