Open permit request
Dear Matawan Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: I am requesting open/closed permits and/or violations from January 2000 to present, as well as the Property Card. Also, I would like to know information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank and septic tanks, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank and septic tank location.

We are unable to process the Request below as Amboy Road, though it may reflect a Matawan mailing address as it may be serviced by the Matawan Post Office, is not physically located in the Borough of Matawan, Monmouth County, but in Old Bridge Township, Middlesex County, and I refer you to same.
