I would like to know if there are open construction permits or liens for these properties. Also, I would like to know information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank location.

I will be replying to the portion of your OPRA request concerning open liens against the properties located in Aberdeen Township NJ:
125 DELAWARE AVE CLIFFWOOD NJ 7721 - there are no open tax sale liens against the property at this time and taxes are paid current as of today.
197 COUNTY ROAD CLIFFWOOD NJ 7721- there are no open tax sale liens against the property at this time and taxes are paid current as of today.
Please be advised that there are no open tax sale certificate liens against this property at this time. The taxes are paid current through the 4th Quarter 2018.

As I stated in my response, I was only responding to the section of your OPRA request concerning liens. If you also requested construction permit information in your OPRA request, that will come in a separate email from the construction department. If you did not request that information with your original submission, you will need to submit a new request to clerk and she will forward this information to the construction department for reply.
