I would like to know if there are open construction permits or liens for these properties. Also, I would like to know information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank location.

Good Afternoon,

Please see the attached files in response to your OPRA Request received
January 18, 2019. The Construction Department has provided a list of
permit applications for 59 Avenue K, Monroe Township and 33 Stonegate
Drive, Monroe Township which shows there is one open permit for each
property. If you have any further questions regarding those permits the
Construction Department can be contacted at 732-656-4585.
