Dear Ms. Ondarza,

The Borough of Middlesex received your Open Public Records Act Request
(OPRA) on January 18, 2019.  The official Custodian of Records, Kathleen
Anello, received your OPRA request on January 18, 2019.  As such, the
seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is January 30,
2019.  This response is being provided to you on the same business day
after custodian’s receipt of said request. 

Your request sought access to the following:

1)       I would like to know if there are open construction permits or
liens for these properties. Also, I would like to know information
regarding the presence of an underground oil tank, if applicable,
including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, and surveys
showing underground oil tank location.

2)       I would also like to know if there were permits pulled for
additions made on the house, and a bathroom in the basement. We would like
to know if these things were permitted for by the prior owners.

Please be advised that the Health Department does not have records on file
responsive to your request.  For environmental records after the year
2010, a separate request should be submitted to the County of Middlesex. 
Other departments will contact you separately.
