Open Construction Permits
Dear Town of Boonton,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I would like to know if there are open construction permits or liens for these properties. Also, I would like to know information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank location.

Rockaway Valley Rd is not in the Town of Boonton.
The Tax Collector advises that neither property has a lien. The
Construction Dept reports no open permits and no tank info for 37 Lorraine
Terr and no open permits and a UST Removal Certificate which is attached,
for 326 Division.
