Dear Evesham Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

is not naming the record, is too broad, and requires clarification. Per
OPRA law we are not required to research records. We request
clarification because “any permits” can be construed as (or range as)
anywhere from a parking permit to a block-party permit, to a
food-handler’s permit, etc. etc. . . . By providing us the specific
identifiable type/category of the record (i.e. construction permits),
there is no miscommunication or assumptions by either party, and it
eliminates the research implication which would invalidate your OPRA
request. Furthermore, you did not state the date or date range of the
records.
Therefore, please provide the following information so we may begin
processing your request:
· Date or Date range of record(s) being requested
· Clarification of the type of permit

Dear OPRA,
Please send me any electrical permits, plumbing permits, hvac permits, property survey, certificate of occupancy, permits for any additions to the home, permits for any removal of oil tanks, removal of any under ground storage tanks, basically any/all permits for changes to the actual home. I don't need permits for garage sales or anything not relating to the actual real estate. Thanks!
