The Borough of Ogdensburg is in receipt of your OPRA request received October 8, 2020 requesting: Any open permits on the address 1 Madison Dr., Ogdensburg, NJ block 3.04 lot 1.

All open/closed construction permits and/or violation from 1/2004 to present. Attached are the responsive documents from the building department. Please note there are redactions; personal address and phone number.

Attached are the responsive documents from the zoning officer. Please note there are redactions; personal address and phone number.

There are no responsive documents regarding remediation reports and environmental reports. There is a survey attached with the zoning permit in the responsive documents from the zoning officer.

Please note that lawful redactions were made to remove confidential and personal identifying information such as personal home addresses, personal telephone numbers, dates of birth and social security numbers. These redactions were made pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 (personally identifying information); N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 (“…a public agency has a responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from public access a citizen's personal information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen's reasonable expectation of privacy…”); Burnett v.
