This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Any open permits on the address .
All open/closed construction permits and/or violation from 1/2004 to present. Also, I would like to know information regarding the presence of an underground oil tank, if applicable, including permits, remediation reports, environmental reports, and surveys showing underground oil tank location. Looking to know if previous owner applied for basement bath permits.

The Borough of Ogdensburg is in receipt of your OPRA request received October 8, 2020 requesting: Any open permits on the address 1 Madison Dr., Ogdensburg, NJ block 3.04 lot 1.
All open/closed construction permits and/or violation from 1/2004 to present. There are no responsive documents regarding remediation reports and environmental reports. There is a survey attached with the zoning permit in the responsive documents from the zoning officer.
