Dear Manchester Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Please provide any and all departmental reports referencing the On the Job Injury of then Captain Todd Malland dating back to July 1, 2020. Additionally, please provide emails between then Capt. Todd Malland, then Chief Lisa Parker, then Capt. Robert Dolan, then Lt. Vincent Manco, current Chief Robert Dolan, current Capt. Vincent Manco, and then Business Administrator Brandon Umba, to include keywords such as, On the Job Injury, return to work, OJI, EMS, office, and retirement. These emails shall date from September 1, 2020 until January 1, 2023.
