Official emails to township committee regarding Lakeland EMS contracts
Dear Andover Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Any and all official email correspondence during the months of September, October and November 2020 to and from the township committee and/or township administrator regarding information from a former Lakeland EMS member and the ongoing contract discussion with Lakeland Emergency Squad, including response statistics and attached meeting minutes.

Dear Concerned Resident:
The Township received your request for government records on November 17,
2020. The ongoing State of Emergency and Public Health Emergency related
to COVID-19 has resulted in modified staffing throughout the State.
Accordingly, on March 21, 2020 the Legislature amended OPRA to provide
additional time to respond to government record requests during such
period. The Township will require additional time to complete your
request. We anticipate that records readily identified as responsive to
your request will be available by the close of business on December 4,
2020.
