The Borough of Tinton Falls official Records Custodian received your Open
Public Records Act request 2021-106 on May 4, 2021. As such the seven
business day deadline to respond to your request is May 13, 2021. This
response to your request is being provided to you on the first business
day after the custodian’s receipt of said request.

 

Your request sought access to the following:  The Borough recently hired
for the following position: Code Enforcement and Zoning Assistant.  I am
requesting a copy of the offer letter for this employee.  I am also
requesting the current salary of the current code and zoning assistant
that is vacating that position.  These records, if any, will be

The attached records from Personnel Department, are being provided and are
responsive to your request. The current code-zoning assistant vacating the
position salary is $59,602.00.
