Reference is made to your OPRA request and Township e-mails January 2019 to present. I contacted the Township’s IT Administrator and had him do a search of e-mails requested. We cannot locate anything in response to your request. If you are aware of a specific date or e-mail please advise and I will attempt to produce the document. Elizabeth Kroll - Clerk

A February 14, 2019 email from OEM Director to Township attorney has been obtained asking what steps the attorney would be taking against Miss Boniface. This would be one email that should have been given in this OPRA.
I am requesting an internal review and will go as far as filing a suit against the withholding of information requested.

Mr. PCR, the e-mail you are referring to is not an e-mail from that date (2-14-19), it is only a copy of an e-mail previously sent on 11-6-18 which I had attached this morning.
