This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Note: I submitted an OPRA request in early December. A response was due in mid-December, but I never heard back from you. I asked for an update on January 5, but I still never heard back from you. I am now withdrawing that request and updating to include information for December 2020. Please respond as soon as possible and let me know the estimated time frame to expect the following documents:
1. NFIRS Fire Incident Reports (all completed modules) of all incidents in November 2020 and December 2020.
2. NFIRS Fire Incident Report remarks and/or narrative fields for all incidents in October 2020, November 2020 and December 2020.

Dear Mr. Turner,
You just re-sent me the information that I had requested back in November 2020. I did receive that information back in early December, and even thanked you for it.
I then made a new OPRA request on December 5 which I never got a response. I asked for an update in early January and never got a response to that update request either.
You have now sent me the October 2020 information twice. So, I will thank you again for that. However, that is not what I requested in my second request (which I updated and re-sent yesterday).
This is the information I am now requesting. Please confirm receipt and when I should expect to get the following information delivered. Thank you for your time!
1. NFIRS Fire Incident Reports (all completed modules) of all incidents in November 2020 and December 2020.
2. NFIRS Fire Incident Report remarks and/or narrative fields for all incidents in October 2020, November 2020 and December 2020.

You said on January 21 you would respond to my request within 7 business days. It is now February 17. If you sent a response, one was never received. I originally filed this request in early December.
