I’m looking for the following Lists if you can provide in excel we would appreciate it.
1)all properties that are in inrem foreclosure by the city
List2)all properties that are in bankruptcy
List 3) all properties that are in for closure

Your request was received on November 10th, therefore the due date would be tomorrow, November 22nd.
I did email ProChamps (our 3rd party vendor who handles our vacant and foreclosure lists and fees) today but have not hear back regarding Request #1 and #3. I will respond once I hear back.
In regards to #2, Municipalities to not track or maintain records of Bankruptcy.
