As you are aware, I am the Business Administrator for the Hammonton Board
of Education (the “Board”), which conducts and supervises the schools of
the Hammonton School District (the “District”). As such, I am in receipt
of your June 27, 2023 OPRA request which sought the following:

the number of teachers who have resigned/retired in the previous two
school years as well as any reasoning they may have given in their
de-identified exit interviews.

In response to your request 22 teachers have left the District in the
previous two school years, 15 resigned and 7 retired.  Of the 15 who
resigned, 8 transferred to another NJ School District, 1 was promoted to a
Supervisory position in another NJ School District, 1 career change to
Nursing, 1 stay at home caretaker, 1 commute too long, 3 no information.
