simply like to know how many of these were issued by BPD during that time

Good Afternoon,
We appreciate your patience. In our efforts to obtain a definitive answer
to fulfill your OPRA request, we have determined that no clear database
exists that easily defines or identifies those requested amount of calls
as that would entail browsing every call from 2018 to present to confirm
an animal-related ordinance corresponding to that call. As such, we are
unable to fulfill your request.
