As I have stated before I am merely looking to see how many citations were issued by the BPD for animal ordinances, nothing specific I am merely looking to see the amount, period.

to fulfill your OPRA request, we have determined that no clear database
exists that easily defines or identifies those requested amount of calls
as that would entail browsing every call from 2018 to present to confirm
an animal-related ordinance corresponding to that call. As such, we are
unable to fulfill your request.
