Your OPRA was received on April 15, 2025. The 7 business day response deadline is set for April 25, 2025.

Our Vacant Property Registration Ordinance was repealed some years ago and we no longer require registrations at this time. As such, no list is maintained.

While we do not have a vacant properties list, the department provided me with an excel sheet regarding a property maintenance log from 2024-2025 for blighting vacant properties. This log is used to track property maintenance and lien information. The date in column 1 provides the date the request form was filled out and the last column is whether the property is privately or City owned. Please be advised that the City did not have an employee in this position from October 2024 until April 2025, hence the gap in time.
