The Township of North Bergen (the “Township”) received your request dated 07/15/2026 under the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”), N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.

You requested:

"Any and ALL information, Pictures, Video, TEXT or Emails regarding the Derogatory statements with other officers in the NBPD. Pertaining to the Charges that were Remanded Back to the Township for Reprimand."

Currently, your request fails to identify with reasonable clarity the specific government records sought, as is required by Bent v. Stafford Police Department, 381 N.J.Super. 30, 37 (App. Div. 2005).
