Non-Disclosure Agreements
Dear Lacey Township School District,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
The names of every person that has signed a non-disclosure agreement with, for, or in response to the conditions of Lacey Township School District from 1998 - 2023. This includes staff, students, contracted employees, administrators and school police officers including but not limited to Lacey Township High School, Lacey Township Middle School, Mill Pond Elementary School and Lanoka Harbor Elementary School.
You have no right to withhold the names of anyone who entered into an agreement of silence with the Lacey Township School district. The non-disclosure agreement can't silence the government. Only the individual who signed it.
You are more than welcome to sue them if they tell me why they are on this list.

Good morning,
Your request is a request for information, not records, i.e. "the names of
every person." As such, the law does not require responses to requests
for information pursuant to OPRA. Notwithstanding, there are no records
responsive to your request.
