What is the plan for an emergency being that the Volunteer Fire Company can not respond to calls in acceptable time and at times could not staff and have low response to calls.
What is the policy to increase staffing and ensure it does not happen again.

Also is their a policy to call for assistance and how long of a time frame to call for assistance
