Good morning R. Quimby,
The Toms River Regional Schools District received your Open Public Records
Act (OPRA) request on June 25, 2021.  I, Sheri Pereira, the official
Records Custodian, received your OPRA request on June 25, 2021.  As such,
the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is July 7,
2021, due to the District being closed on Monday, July 5, 2021 in
observance of the Fourth of July holiday.  This response to your request
is being provided to you on the 4th business day after the custodian's
receipt of said request.
Records requested: 
A record of completed NJSBA state mandated training sessions for each of
the following board members from the start of their term as board members
until present.

Please find attached mandated training for the Toms River Regional Schools
Board of Education members, specifically requested for Lisa Contessa,
Ashley Palmiere and Kevin Kidney.  
As per the New Jersey School Board Association, all board members are in
compliance and have taken their required training courses to date, with
some board members taking multiple seminars during the course of the
year.  Please be advised that all board members, as per the New Jersey
School Board Association have up until December 31, 2021 to complete any
of their required training courses.
