HI there we hope all is well
we would like the following
1.does the city / town assign your municipal Liens
2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties
if you can provide in excel that would be great

Attached are the three reports requested on the 12/27/2022 OPRA request. The probate info will probably come from the County. I don't know how much they can give. I don't have a list of abandoned or vacant properties in my office. I would have no way of knowing. As for doing assignments, if there is a lien(s) they are interested in, contact the Township Committee in writing as to what lien(s) and see if they will be willing to assign them over. If they are willing, then I will start the process to do so. Thank you.
