HI there we hope all is well

we would like the following
1.does the city / town assign your municipal Liens
2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties

if you can provide in excel that would be great

Mr. Toby,

I am in receipt of your request. Please be advised we have 7 seven business days to provide a response to your request.

My office can provide you with a list of Tax liens however, I am not sure if the Tax office can go back as far as 2002, (but we will provide you with what we have). We can also provide a list of vacant and abandoned properties.

Please be advised we do not have a list of tax lien investors, properties in bankruptcy nor in probate (I believe this information may be with Passaic County) who does the auctions.
