we would like the following
1.does the city / town assign your municipal Liens
2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties
if you can provide in excel that would be great

My office received your OPRA on 12/28/2022. Below and attached are all documents in response:
1. The City does not assign Municipal liens
2. See Attachment 1 - Redactions made pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1-1 - Personal Identifying Information and Privacy Interest - Phone numbers, Tax ID, Phone Numbers and Emails.

5. This information would be held with the Surrogate's Office. They can be reached at 856-453-4800. Cumberland County Surrogate's Court, 60 W. Broad Street, Bridgeton, NJ 08302.
6. Due to the vacant and abandoned property Ordinance being repealed a few years back, there is no current list maintained.
