HI there we hope all is well

we would like the following
1.does the city / town assign your municipal Liens
2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties

if you can provide in excel that would be great

The Township of Scotch Plains received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on December 28, 2022. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is January 9, 2023. This response to your request is being provided to you on the 5th business day after the custodian’s receipt of said request.

Request: See attached OPRA Request Email.

Response: The Township of Scotch Plains does not assign Municipal Liens, does not have a list of accounts in bankruptcy, and does not have a list of properties in probate.
Included in attached pdf entitled “OPRA – Toby 12.8.22 - LISTS ” please find all documents provided as responsive to your request.

Items redacted on Lien Holder Lists are social security numbers.
