Please be mindful that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A et. seq. a custodian shall grant or deny access as soon as possible, but no later than seven (7) business days after the request is received unless a shorter time period is provided by statute, regulation or executive order. Day one (1) is the day following the custodian’s receipt of the request.
