1.does the city / town assign your municipal Liens
2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties

The Borough of Ogdensburg is in receipt of your OPRA request below received December 28, 2022 requesting the following:

1. Does the borough assign our municipal Liens. Yes
2. Can we have a list of all tax lien Investors. No responsive documents.
3. list of all properties that are in bankruptcy. No responsive documents.
4. list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today. Attached is the responsive documents from the tax collector. Please note the starred properties were recently foreclosed upon by the Borough by way of In Rem Tax Foreclosure.
5. List of all properties that are in probate. No responsive documents.
6. List of all vacant and abandoned properties. No responsive documents.
