HI there we hope all is well
we would like the following
1.does the city / town assign your municipal Liens
2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties
if you can provide in excel that would be great

Good afternoon,
We do not assign any municipal liens. You will find attached a list of
our lien holders that we have on file but they do not all have open liens
at this time. Also you will find attached a list of our properties that
we currently have flagged for Bankruptcy as well as the list of properties
that currently have open municipal and or outside liens dating back to
2002. We do not keep or have a vacant and or abandoned property list as
well as you would need to contact the Burlington County Probate office for
any list of properties that are in probate. I believe you can contact
the county at 609-265-5000.
