we would like the following
1.does the city / town assign your municipal Liens
2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back to 2002 until today
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties
if you can provide in excel that would be great

Good morning Toby,
With respect to your OPRA request please see the following explanations
and attachments from our Tax Collector:
"The Township has yet to assign a Municipal Lien, however; if there is a
property someone is interested in, they can contact the Mayor and Council
to see if they are interested in assigning it.
List of all lien investors is attached.
There are currently no properties known to the Tax Collector's office that
are in bankruptcy.
Attached are lists of Third Party and Municipal Liens.
Properties in probate are known to the County Surrogate. The municipality
does not handle any of that information.
List of Vacant Properties is attached."
