we would like the following
1.does the city / town assign your municipal Liens The Tax Collector has
advised that it never has been done but it can be.
2.can we have a list of all tax lien Investors The List for all open liens
with the name of Investors is attached.
3.can we have a list of all properties that are in bankruptcy Additional
time will be needed to respond to this request. A formal response will be
provided on or before 1/18/2023.
4.can we have a list of all properties that have liens on them dating back
to 2002 until today Additional time will be needed to respond to this
request. A formal response will be provided on or before 1/18/2023.
5.can we have a list of all properties that are in probate The Township
of Livingston does not make, maintain or keep on file a list of properties
in probate.
6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties The Township
of Livingston does not make, maintain or keep on file a list of vacant and
abandoned properties.
