6.can we have a list of all vacant and abandoned properties

Below please find the RESPONSE to your OPRA Request dated December 27,
2022.
1.
The Borough currently does not hold any municipal liens
2.
The Borough does not maintain a tax lien investors list as any person or
firm may be a tax lien investor
3.
Bankruptcy matters are not tracked by this office. We do not have any
delinquencies due to bankruptcy.
4.
The Borough does not maintain a list of all liens dating back to 2002.
Open outside liens attached
5.
The Borough would not have access to probate lists. Probate matters
handled through County Surrogate.
6.
The Borough does not maintain a vacant / abandoned property list
